Lauren Lee

Lauren is a Decatur, Alabama native who was born and raised with a passion for the beauty industry and a deep love for helping people feel confident, worthy, and beautiful. She began her career in the salon as an assistant to the owner, where she built her foundation through hands-on experience, visual learning, and a strong commitment to continued education.

Over the years, Lauren has had the opportunity to learn from some of the most well-known artists in the industry, including Candy Shaw, Ryan Weeden, and Guy Tang—experiences that helped shape her approach to modern, customized hair and elevated her technical skill behind the chair.

Lauren is known as a bold risk-taker with a fearless heart for growth, always eager to learn, evolve, and refine her craft. Outside of the salon, she enjoys working out, living a health-conscious lifestyle, chasing sunsets, spending time outdoors, and making memories with the people she loves. At the heart of everything she does is a genuine passion for helping others feel seen, confident, and beautiful—inside and out.
